Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your address at checkout. We ship via Colissimo, from France, to metropolitan France and internationally.

Orders placed before 12pm are prepared and dispatched the same day (business days). Beyond that, they ship the following day. A confirmation email with tracking number is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

For all deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply upon receipt. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for delays related to customs procedures.

Each piece is individually and carefully packaged — tissue paper, protective padding, double-walled box. We prepare every order as if it were our own.
