Shipping & Payment

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your address at checkout. We ship via Colissimo, from France, to metropolitan France and internationally.

Orders placed before 12 PM are prepared and shipped the same day (business days). After that, they are shipped the next day. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

For any delivery outside Metropolitan France, customs duties and local taxes may apply upon receipt. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for delays related to customs procedures.

Each item is individually and carefully wrapped — tissue paper, protective padding, double-wall corrugated box. We prepare each order as if it were our own.

We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. No banking data is stored on our site.

The amount is debited when your order is confirmed. In the event of an out-of-stock item, you will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
